Our first restaurant, Tollbua, was one of the most successful restaurant openings in Trondheim’s history.
Phoenix is concept number two: a gastropub located right in the heart of Trondheim. It is a year-round destination, bustling with hungry and thirsty guests from early until late.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for team members with experience from fast-paced hospitality environments, while maintaining the high standards of food, drink and service expected from a Mati concept.
